By using GCSubCom, you agree to the following terms. GCSubCom is a platform that connects general contractors with subcontractors in Florida. The platform facilitates introductions but does not mediate disputes or guarantee the quality of work performed.

1. Account Terms

You must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. GCSubCom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Contractor Verification

GCSubCom offers a Sub Pro verification badge based on license and COI validation. This badge indicates that documents were reviewed but does not guarantee the quality or reliability of the contractor.

3. Roster Privacy

A GC's roster is 100% private. No other GC or user can view your roster of contracted subcontractors. GCSubCom will never share your roster data with third parties.

4. Dispute Resolution

GCSubCom provides a dispute evidence vault for documentation purposes. The platform does not mediate disputes between GCs and Subs. All disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.

5. Fees and Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Refunds are at the discretion of GCSubCom. Stripe handles all payment processing; GCSubCom does not store credit card information.

6. Limitation of Liability

GCSubCom is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from disputes, missed deadlines, or unsatisfactory workmanship.

7. Changes to Terms

GCSubCom may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
