GCSubCom connects general contractors with subcontractors in Florida. Registration, purchases and trials are closed during private testing. This draft describes intended service terms; final reviewed terms must be presented before live admission. The platform does not guarantee the quality of work performed.

1. Account Terms

You must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. GCSubCom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

2. Contractor Verification

Business details and credential uploads are user-provided unless a specific, current review is displayed. Email verification confirms control of an email address only. Uploading a document or selecting a plan does not verify a license, insurance coverage or quality of work. Authoritative verification and paid badge eligibility remain unavailable until their workflows are ready.

3. Roster Privacy

Roster access is limited by company membership, role and job permissions. A roster entry does not make a subcontractor's private documents public. Support access requires a scoped, expiring, read-only case; private messages and W-9s require specific customer approval.

4. Dispute Resolution

GCSubCom provides a dispute evidence vault for documentation purposes. The platform does not mediate disputes between GCs and Subs. All disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.

5. Fees and Payments

Paid purchases are not open. Planned packages appear on the Pricing page; selecting one does not start a subscription or trial. The approved launch policy offers a full refund on request within 14 days of the first annual Pro charge. Monthly charges and removed seats have no automatic partial-period refund; duplicate or incorrect charges are corrected. Founder-reviewed exceptions remain possible. Failed payments have seven calendar days of grace before new paid-feature work is restricted; records are not deleted for nonpayment and each party retains permitted access to its own contracts and evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

GCSubCom is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to damages resulting from disputes, missed deadlines, or unsatisfactory workmanship.

7. Changes to Terms

GCSubCom may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
